Two-page Doodle

I decided to try filling a two page spread in my little Paper Blanks sketchbook, and about 10 hours of work later it is done!
Drawn using fountain pen, motivated by a combination of Jeff Buckley and James Taylor albums [and a healthy dose of boredom due to being at home for the holiday].

Drawing over the fold in the middle is an absolute bugger, but worth it for the end result.
I wasn't really sure when to stop drawing this - I didn't want to overwork it [I'm not being sarcastic - I was genuinely worried about doing that, despite the style of the piece] hence I left the white space in the squibbly bits at the lower left rather than filling them in, even though it looks a little unbalanced.

I also took a good number of progress photos as I drew this, which I'll be uploading next.
